Creating Bright Minds, LLC. (CBM) was founded in 2017, by a former educator and administrator of almost 20 years in education, who saw a need and had a desire to provide support resources to parents of early learners. Since that time, CBM has evolved into serving students at the collegiate level and everything in between. At the primary and secondary education level, CBM encourages the full participation of parents to assist in ensuring that their child achieves academic success, which is a key ingredient to the company's effectiveness. Through the myriad of services it offers, students at all levels are exposed to enriched educational experiences that aim to give them a competitive educational advantage. At the higher education level, students are provided with information and support services that helps them navigate college life and prepares them for life beyond the dorm room. CBM also provides consulting services for educators, administrators, and district leaders who desire to develop their career path and to evolve both personally and professionally.

Skills Assessments

Our skills-based assessments are a method of measuring and communicating student progress toward a specific set of skills that is deemed essential in a subject area. It is an evaluation of an individual’s ability to perform a specific skill or set of skills allowing an opportunity to identify strengths and weaknesses while providing feedback to modify the consequent learning activities to facilitate efficient learning and skill development.

Seminars

Our seminar courses are led by experts who have years of experience in their field, so the information provided is up-to-date and useful. The main benefit of attending our seminars is to gain valuable soft skills to help professionally or personally and our purpose is to enable students, parents, school leaders to improve their knowledge and understanding of a topic by engaging with key issues.

Test Prep

Test preparation for high school students typically involves preparing for standardized tests that are commonly required for college admissions. The most well-known of these exams include the SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) and ACT (American College Testing). These tests are used by many colleges and universities in the United States as part of their admissions process. At Creating Bright Minds, we help scholars prepare.

Tours

We are currently providing college, STEM, and cultural tours. College tours deepen students’ knowledge of the college admissions process and encourage them to develop a personal roadmap for long term success. Each STEM tour challenges students to develop imaginative solutions to global problems through critical thinking and creative expression. Our goal is to offer unique itineraries with hands-on experiences to bring each culture to life. We emphasize learning and participating in engaging activities to gain a deeper appreciation of each destination!

Program Evaluations

At Creating Bright Minds, we believe it is crucial to evaluate programs to determine their effectiveness and impact. More specifically, to obtain insight, improve the program, measure learning, determine usefulness, and for accountability. Program evaluations are a key opportunity to gather feedback for improvements and for decision-making purposes.

We offer an array of services specifically for educators in the area of providing professional development to support their growth and development while collaborating to guide them along their journey, and supporting the development of their careers offering as much support and guidance as needed.
